The Residence Business Hotel is a budget business hotel. This project entailed converting an existing 3 bedroom apartment into a 6 bedroom hotel. The client wanted a very minimal approach with maximum use of space with inspiration derived from his visits to Hong Kong where bedrooms are comparably smaller.
