This is a proposed project for a private residence facing Bolgoda Lake in Moratuwa.

The house was built on a shared family land, where privacy and easy access to the parents house was one of the client’s main requirements. While the shared garden provided easy access to the main house, privacy for the client’s house was achieved by creating a secluded lawn on the side of the house. With floor to ceiling windows offering a full view of the verdant spaces, and plenty of natural light flowing into the house, we created a chic ambiance that was best suited for a young modern couple.
