Built for a young couple in Battaramula, this suburban house exudes intimate spaces with a traditional Sri Lankan charm to it. Nestled next to the Thalangama Lake, the property was surrounded by endemic flora and bird life.
A garden wrapping around the entire property of 15 perches, this tropical modern house tinged with stunning local architectural elements provided the ideal escape from the bustling city life.
The house consisted of 3 bedrooms, an entertainment room and a TV lounge; all decked in earthen tones. We also added a long balcony to the main bedroom to ensure our clients can appreciate the natural beauty of their neighbourhood.
